Helium’s native token HNT experienced a substantial surge of 44% over the course of a week, skyrocketing from $3.98 to a high of $5.57.

In just the last 24 hours, the daily trading volume of HNT saw an impressive spike of 225%.

Presently, Helium boasts an impressive network of 401,817 decentralized mobile hotspots spread across the globe.

The concept of Decentralized Physical Infrastructure (DePIN) is generating considerable excitement within the crypto community as the next groundbreaking development in the field. Leading the charge in this paradigm shift is Helium, a decentralized wireless network builder built on the Solana platform. Within the past 24 hours, the native token of the platform, HNT, has emerged as one of the top performers in the market.

HNT experienced a surge of over 17%, reaching a high of $5.575. Over the course of the week, the token has seen a remarkable increase of 44%, rising from $3.98 to a high of $5.57. By analyzing the price chart within a 4-hour timeframe, it becomes evident that HNT has entered an uptrend, as indicated by a positive moving average cross (MA Cross).

Notably, according to the chart above, the relative strength index (RSI) of HNT has entered the overbought zone. At the time of writing, this altcoin is trading at $5.33 with a market capitalization of $856 million. With a surge of 225%, the daily trading volume of HNT has reached $68.2 million.

Meanwhile, the other tokens within the Helium ecosystem have also displayed positive market dynamics. Firstly, MOBILE, the native token of the Helium Mobile Network, has recorded a 1.65% increase within the last 24 hours, reaching $0.002834. Secondly, IOT, the token of the Helium IoT Network, has surged by 15% to reach $0.001186.

How Has Helium Progressed So Far?

In December of last year, the Helium Foundation unveiled plans to expand its mobile coverage, commencing with a $20 per month plan for mobile phones within the US market. Since then, it has successfully amassed a subscriber base of 62,463.

Furthermore, the number of Helium-powered mobile hotspots worldwide has soared to an impressive 401,817. Notably, the revenue generated by the Solana-based DePIN project has experienced an astounding year-to-date increase of 3546.7%, surging from $35.9K to $1.31 million.

Additionally, various other decentralized mobile plans, including free WiFi and international roaming, have been introduced to encourage users to embrace the era of decentralized wireless mobile networks.
